Returns and refunds policy
In-store
Our policy:
- We require proof of purchase using the original till receipt
- Goods must be unused and where possible in the unopened packaging and with original labels
- We can offer a refund or exchange up to 30 days after purchase
- Where an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it is supposed to we can offer an exchange or a refund using the original method of payment.
- We will not refund the cost of return postage unless the products are faulty
Online
Our Policy:

- Exchanges or refunds can be given in store. Contact our store 01223 769340 for advise on returning items via post. Items returned via postage must be paid for by you the customer.
Are there any products that can’t be returned?
We can’t offer refunds, credit or exchanges, unless faulty, on food and beverage, jewellery or worn clothing.
