Delivery and Returns

Please see final Christmas delivery dates below. Final Shipping Date for 2023 Wednesday 20th December, with no guarantee of delivery before Christmas Day due to potential volume over the Christmas period.  All orders received after this date will be shipped after January 2nd 2024.

EuropeWe are currently not delivering to the EU, but very much hope to be in a position to resume deliveries at the earliest opportunity.

Rest of the world- £16.95 Sent via Royal Mail. Weight and Value restrictions apply. Should additional charges apply, a member of our team will contact you directly. 

Click and Collect- FREE. Please see opening times before collecting your order. When collecting your items please bring your own bag.

When will it arrive?

UK- We aim to ship all items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.  All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail, however we are able to look into using other couriers if items are needed urgently. This would be at the cost of the customer. When we send your order we'll confirm it has been dispatched via email. If you've chosen to collect your order from our shop we'll send you an email to let you know when it's ready.

Europe-  (We are currently not delivering to the EU, but very much hope to be in a position to resume deliveries at the earliest opportunity) 

Rest of the World- We aim to ship all items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail whose Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days. When we send your order we'll confirm it has been dispatched via email. If you've chosen to pay for added tracking on your item we will provide all tracking information at this point also. 

Please note that shipping to some countries outside of the UK may result in import taxes or duty for which payment is the responsibility of you the customer. 

We pack all of our orders with great care and deliver them to our couriers for delivery in the best condition. However orders may sometimes get damaged in transit for which we bear no responsibility, but if you contact us we'll try to resolve any issues.

Packaging

As part of our commitment to the environment, we aim to reduce the amount of paper, plastic and cardboard we use. This means that wherever possible, orders will be packaged in a re-used or recycled box with reused bubble wrap or packaging.

Returns and refunds policy

In-store

Our policy: 

  • require proof of purchase using the original till receipt
  • Goods must be unused and where possible in the unopened packaging and with original labels
  • We can offer a refund or exchange up to 14 days after purchase
  • Where an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it is supposed to we can offer an exchange or a refund using the original method of payment.
  • We will not refund the cost of return postage unless the products are faulty

Online

Our Policy:

  • Goods must be unused and where possible in the unopened packaging and with original labels
  • We can offer a refund or exchange up to 14 days after receipt of purchase after the 14 days we can offer an exchange within 30 days of original purchase date.
  • Where an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it is supposed to we can offer an exchange or a refund using the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges or refunds can be given in store. Contact our store 01223 769340 for advise on returning items via post. Items returned via postage must be paid for by you the customer.  

 

Are there any products that can’t be returned?

We can’t offer refunds, credit or exchanges, unless faulty, on food and beverage, jewellery or worn clothing.
