TV producer and author Karl Sabbagh has teamed up with renowned photographer Martin Parr and a host of writers to create A Book of King’s.

Karl Sabbagh was at King's from 1961 to 1964 and all the writers have links to the college. More than forty contributors, hand-picked for the quality of their writing, offer their reflections on the life of the college at various points over the last half-century.

The contributor's include Martin Bell, Lord Clarke, Simon Hoggart, Michael Craig-Martin, Tam Dalyell M.P., Tony Judt and current Fellows of King's.

The book, together with Martin Parr's candid photographs and drawings by Jan Pienkowski and others, reveals many aspects of King's less visible to the public. It goes further than any publication has ever done to capture the unique nature of the college.

The book was featured in the Winter 2009 issue of King's Parade.
