Box Office terms & conditions

Tickets for concerts in King's Chapel and Hall may be purchased from this section. Only full price tickets are available from this website. Discounted or concessionary tickets are available via telephone bookings or in person from The Shop at King's.

All tickets will be allocated on a 'best available' basis in the price banding that has been selected.

If you would like to collect your tickets just before the concert, on the door, please select in-store pickup. Any other requirements can be included in the 'notes section' when ordering. If you wish to purchase a particular seat or have a preference for a certain area of the Chapel please telephone The Shop at King's box office on 01223 769340 from 9.30am to 5.00pm (10.00am to 4.30pm Sundays.) Tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis. View the Chapel seating plan.

N.B. If you are ordering tickets within one week of the concert you will only be able to pick up your tickets from the shop or at the concert. However you will still be charged the booking fee.

For forthcoming events please follow this link Some of the concerts are only available to pre-order. Tickets will be processed as soon as possible. Please contact us by telephone if you would rather not pay until the tickets are available.
